Tamagoyaki Japanese rolled Omelette

Tamagoyaki, Step by Step Recipe with pictures – Tamagoyaki is nothing but Japanese rolled Omelette. This tamagoyaki is bit sweet, loaded with veggie bites, rich because it has milk added. Tamagoyaki will be definitely an awesome mid morning snack for your kid. I recently became a part of bloggers group - Chefs Across Boundaries. The agenda is to learn new cuisine every month. Each blogger hosts a challenge every month and June 2015 challenge was hosted by Shaheen Ali of spoonforkandfood. I chose two simple dishes - Tamagoyaki and Japanese Roasted Barley tea :) Believe me, that's very simple to make, Yet healthy and rich! 2 eggs

Freshly milled pepper 1 tsp

salt 1/2 tsp

1 tsp sugar

2 tbspn milk

finely chopped carrots, purple cabbage, onion, coriander stalks 2 tbsp each


Tissue Paper to smear oil on the pan

Non Stick Pan



1. Take all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.


2. Whisk them together for 2 minutes, until the mixture is little frothy.


So simple, this is a normal Omelette making procedure with a twist. Pictures below are self explanatory :) Go through the pictures, crack those eggs, chop those veggies and make 'em immediately :) You are gonna love it :)
