Sulaimani Tea
recipe with step by step pictures - Sulaimani Chai or Tea is a famous drink of Malabar especially served at the end of a heavy meal. The lemon flavour of the tea soothens your busy tummy. I love to end a hot biriyani lunch or a cheesy dosa dinner or a gloomy eve with a big cup of Sulaimani Chai. Simple pleasures of life, know ? :)
