Kurkuri bhindi, a crunchy indian fried snack perfect for chai time

Kurkuri Bhindi recipe with step by step pictures - Crispy Kurkuri Bhindi with a cup of chai is anytime tea time favourite. The desi masala flavours with every bite will make you forget the preservative loaded air packed kurkure packs :) It will be ready in no time, yes believe me just after the door bell rang and before your kids could unpack school bags and refresh themselves. Serve a bowl full of greeny healthy bhindi fry with tomato ketchup or masala flavoured hung curd dip. And I am sure, your homework co-working time is going to be easy :D Btw, will you tell me how is the new look of the blog ? :)

#FoodforSoul - One thing that I missed about blogging is writing food for soul. Having left my blog untouched for a long time, I really wanted to scribble something on this post. The golden hours in my home garden are perfect to hear what God says. They help me a lot. Btw we have a very small garden in home, wherein the light rays at golden hour is so beautiful. As I sat down with a paper, pen, my tea beside a money plant in the garden, I asked God "Talk to me Lord, let me hear you". Actually I did not hear anything :) I knew I was restless thinking of the things swirling around me, the tough times. Then I said to me, ok Lord "I know you want me to rest in you. Let me do it". so, how do I rest? do i close everything, leave my tea and go hit bed & sleep? nah. Soak in HIS presence. Feed on HIS word. Fill my inner soul with HIS goodness. I switched on some music and this verse flashed past me.

"Even on hard days, I want you to trust me. Pray and ask me to help you and guide you one step at a time. Because I'm always near. I know exactly how hard things are for you and exactly what you need" - Jesus today for kids by Sarah Young.

Never trust God for a miracle :) Trust because He is good, Kind, merciful and a loving father :)
